Showroom Coordinator: Leading Global Lighting Brands n

An Australian lighting business specialising in high-end architectural and decorative lighting is looking for a Showroom Coordinator to join its Sydney team. Working across architectural and decorative lighting, the business represents a range of international and Australian brands and works closely with architects, interior designers and other A&D; specialists on residential and commercial projects.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a combination of client interaction, showroom presentation, sales administration and coordination, with an interest in the interiors industry.

nKey Responsibilities n

Provide day-to-day administration support, including preparing quotes and processing orders
n
n
Welcome clients and visitors into the showroom and assist with general enquiries
n
n
Coordinate product orders,



deliveries, lead times and follow-ups with clients and suppliers
n
n
Support the sales team with administration, client enquiries and showroom events
n
n

n
nSkills & Experience n
n

n
n
Ideally Previous experience in administrative support role, showroom coordination, customer service, retail or administration
n
n
Experience within lighting, interiors, furniture or the architecture and design industry would be advantageous
n
n
Solid organisational and administration skills, with positive attention to detail
n
n
Confident and personable when communicating with clients, suppliers and colleagues
n
n
A genuine interest in the design interest
