About the RoleThis is a commercially focused partnerships role measured primarily on partner-sourced pipeline and new business contribution.
You will build and activate a strategic partner ecosystem - spanning technology platforms, agencies, consultants, and industry organisations - that generates qualified introductions and supports Pattern's growth across the Australian market.You'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives, align on target accounts, and convert partner relationships into measurable revenue outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong business development instinct who thrives on building relationships and driving results through external networks.What You'll Be DoingPartnership DevelopmentIdentify, prioritise, and build relationships with strategic partners across the ecommerce and digital ecosystem - including technology platforms, marketing technology providers, ecommerce platforms, agencies, and complementary service providersPosition Pattern as a preferred ecommerce and marketplace partner within the Australian marketMaintain a pipeline of potential new partners and manage existing relationships to drive ongoing valueSecure 3–5 new strategic partnerships per year and maintain ***** active partnerships at any time.
An active partnership is defined as a partner we have up to date account mapping with and an active referral process as well as co-marketing initiatives being executed.
