About the roleWe're looking for an Invoicing & Customer Service Administrator to join our Finance team at our Head Office in Arundel.
This is a hands-on administration and customer service role where you'll play an important part in supporting our invoicing process, investigating and resolving invoice queries, and working closely with teams across the business.
You'll liaise with our Operations, Sales, Estimating, Customer Service and Finance teams to work through invoice and purchase order queries, ensuring issues are followed up, accurately resolved and processed in a timely manner.

What you'll be doingIn this role,
you will:Investigate and resolve internal and customer invoice queriesFollow up outstanding purchase orders with Supervisors and EstimatorsManage scheduling and purchase order exceptionsResolve system-generated validations and invoicing exceptionsLiaise with internal departments to resolve invoicing and monetary queriesCommunicate with customers regarding outstanding invoice information and queriesSupport Accounts Receivable activities, including following up outstanding debtor invoicesAssist with credit applications and associated administrationMaintain accurate records and ensure actions are completed within required timeframesProvide general administrative support to the Finance team as requiredAbout youWe're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working in a busy environment with a high volume of queries and competing priorities.
