At Hypex, we're looking for a capable and ambitious Software Engineer to join our growing technology team.This role is focused on designing and developing medium to large scale business applications, internal platforms, client portals, workflow systems and custom software solutions with advanced agentic AI integrations.You'll work across the full development process, from understanding business requirements and planning system architecture through to development, testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation.You'll also play an important role in integrating AI agents, automation workflows, large language models and external platforms into real business environments.What You'll Be Working On:You'll contribute to a range of complex software projects, including:Custom business applications and internal operating platformsClient portals, dashboards and workflow management systemsScalable software solutions for medium and large businessesAI agents designed to perform practical business functionsLarge language model integrations and AI powered workflowsCRM, API and third party platform integrationsProcess automation across sales, operations, customer service and administrationSecure and reliable cloud based applicationsNew product development from concept through to deploymentTechnologies We Utilise:Our projects use a combination of modern technologies and AI development tools, including:Next.jsReactTypeScript and JavaScriptNode.jsModern databases and cloud infrastructureREST and third party APIsCursorV0Large language models and AI APIsAgentic AI frameworksAutomation and workflow platformsExperience across every technology is not required, but you should have a strong software development foundation and the ability to learn new tools quickly.What We're Looking For:Strong experience building modern web applicationsExperience working with React, Next.js, JavaScript,
