Customer Service RepresentativeAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join an established team within the automotive industry.
This role is ideal for someone with previous automotive industry experience who enjoys working with customers, has strong attention to detail and can confidently manage enquiries, order processing and administration in a fast-paced environment.About the RoleYou will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service while ensuring customer orders and enquiries are processed accurately and efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Responding to inbound customer calls and enquiriesHandling product and technical enquiries via phone and emailProviding customers with product availability, pricing and order updatesProcessing orders received via phone, email and electronic systemsManaging backorders, incorrect product codes and order queriesProcessing invoices,



credits and warrantiesAdvising customers of current and upcoming promotionsSupporting the Sales team with administrationIdentifying potential sales opportunities and providing market intelligenceParticipating in regular product and technical trainingPreparing reports and maintaining accurate recordsAbout YouYou will be a confident and personable customer service professional with experience within the automotive industry, ideally with exposure to automotive parts, products or technical enquiries.You will ideally have:Previous automotive industry experienceCustomer service, order processing or sales support experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritiesConfidence learning technical product informationStrong computer and administration skillsA proactive and solutions-focused approachThe ability to work collaboratively within a teamWhat's on Offer?
