Job Description

V/Line is seeking a Conductor to join its Customer Operations Group. You will ensure passenger safety, manage onboard duties, and communicate with the driver while providing exceptional customer service.

This full time rail role involves assisting with fare handling, train preparation, and responding to disruptions. A Certificate 3 in Rail Customer Service and a Victorian Driver Licence are desirable.
