This is a high-trust, detail-oriented role supporting the personal financial operations of the CEO. You will work closely and directly with leadership, handling sensitive financial matters, ensuring clarity, organization, and informed financial decision-making. This is not a high-volume bookkeeping role. It is focused on accuracy, discretion, and financial insight.

Key responsibilities n

Manage and track personal financial transactions and accounts

Oversee bank reconciliations and expense categorization
n
Monitor cashflow and provide explicit financial visibility
n
Support financial decision-making with insights and reporting
n
Liaise with accountants and advisors where required
n
Maintain organized records across banking, investments, and expenses
n
Assist with tax preparation documentation (in coordination with external accountants)
n




Identify opportunities for better financial structuring and efficiency
n

Proven experience in bookkeeping or personal finance management

Robust understanding of Australian financial systems and compliance
n
High level of discretion and confidentiality
n
Ability to work independently and advise on financial decisions

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working in a low-structure, high-trust setting
