Metrowide Facility Management is seeking a hands-on Contract Manager to lead a major Melbourne Bayside operation. You will oversee field teams, supervisors, vehicles and subcontractors, ensuring safe, effective service delivery and KPI achievement.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage budgets, labour costs and project performance, with prospects to contribute to tender submissions and business growth while maintaining robust client relationships.
