We are seeking an experienced Event Staging Manager to join our Gold Coast location and take a lead role.

As the Event Staging Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of event production - from concept to execution - delivering cutting-edge and seamless audio-visual solutions. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure each event is executed to the highest standard and aligned with their vision.
What you'll do: n

Act as the main point of contact for your clients
n
Be the client's go-to person, providing exceptional customer service.
n
Create detailed technical solutions and proposals.
n
Comply with internal sales processes
n
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the audiovisual department activities
n
Provide onsite technical support for your clients (AV Technical experience required)
n
Co-ordinate technical resources and support
n
Manage the smooth operation of the AV department
n

What we're looking for: nn
At least 3 years of experience as an Event Staging Manager, AV Technician or Equivalent.
n
A proven track record in managing live corporate events.
n
Exceptional planning, organisation, and time management skills.
n
Excellent communication, qualified appearance and interpersonal skills.
n
Robust leadership and customer relationship-building abilities.
n
A solid understanding of audio, visual, and sound technology.
n
Experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
n
Working rights in the country where the role is based.
