Job Description

Endeavour Build is seeking an Estimator to own pre-construction estimates built from first principles. This role focuses on cost planning as a truth-telling discipline, ensuring data is real, defensible, and transparent across residential projects.

Reporting to the Recent Business Manager, you’ll price projects accurately, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve estimating systems to drive commercial outcomes and minimize rework.
