and to heal.First Nations career pathways – Warrungarli Strategy supporting recruitment, retention and professional developmentCommunity & connection – Opportunity to join Ngindaay Guumaldanha, our Aboriginal Staff NetworkIn this role, you'll:Provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to the Director Clinical Services and wider Clinical Services teamSupport reception functions, including answering calls, welcoming visitors, responding to staff enquiries, and providing general office supportSchedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutesLiaise professionally with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate travel arrangements and bookings as requiredAssist with the planning and coordination of team training sessions, workshops, and eventsSupport recruitment activities, including preparing new starter documentation and coordinating interviewsProvide administration support across a variety of projects and initiativesThis is a part time, (0.8 EFT) position based at MacKillop's South Melbourne office and is situated within the Office of the CEO.
The role reports to the Executive Officer to CEO & Company Secretary.Key Selection CriteriaTo be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrated experience working in an administration role within a busy environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills,
