Job Description

Aware Super is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager for an 8-month parental leave cover in Melbourne. You will support the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager to review and challenge operational risks relevant to our Financial Advice business and broader operations.

You will lead Line 2 assurance activities, oversee incident management, and advise on regulatory obligations while collaborating with diverse teams to strengthen controls and resilience.
