Teamtailor is expanding its Customer Success team and seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager based in Sydney. The role focuses on onboarding, advising customers, and maximizing value from the platform.

You will manage APAC clients, nurture relationships, and drive renewals and growth within an international, rapid-paced tech workplace. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Customer Success, SaaS and HR/recruiting experience, plus project leadership.
