Join to apply for the SharePoint Engineer role at Davidson . This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position based in Geelong with a hybrid (3 days onsite per week) arrangement. The role is part of a major digital transformation program focused on building a up-to-date Microsoft 365 workplace. It involves designing, building, and maintaining a secure SharePoint Online platform that supports collaboration, automation, and compliance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, metadata structures, templates, and governance frameworks.
n
Implement tenancy‑level policies, DLP rules, and security configurations using Microsoft Purview.
n
Build automated document workflows and approval processes using Power Automate and Power Apps.
n
Support data migration using tools such as ShareGate and Migration Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
n
Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, and cyber security teams to integrate SharePoint within the broader Microsoft 365 setting.

Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support transition and operations.
n

About You nn
5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and building SharePoint Online solutions in complex enterprise environments.
n
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, data classification, and retention/disposition policies.
n
Skilled in Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation.
n
Experience with data migration tools (ShareGate, Migration Manager) and Azure DevOps.
n
Understanding of PROV and government information management standards.
n
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
n
