Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, responsive support to employers and payroll contacts across a range of operational and servicing enquiriesManage employer enquiries through to resolution with transparent ownership, follow-through, and proactive communication Triage and coordinate enquiries efficiently across internal teams to minimise delays, hand-offs, and operational friction Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless handoffs and minimal frictionSupport employer servicing uplift initiatives focused on improving responsiveness, consistency, and service experienceCommunicate clearly, explaining processes and next steps in simple, practical and customer-friendly language Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and operational pain points and contribute to continuous service improvement initiativesPartner with Relationship Managers and internal operational teams to improve servicing alignment and employer outcomesContribute to delivering a more consistent, responsive, and customer-focused service experienceSupport the evolution of a more employer-centric servicing model through practical feedback, collaboration,
and continuous improvement Your Capability and ExperienceExceptional customer service skills (phone and email)Has experience in a similar role in investment &/or superannuation industryRG 146 Compliant would be beneficialAbility to coach or mentor othersPrevious experience in Financial Services administrator roles is highly desirable What to ExpectAt CFS, you'll be working among the very best in the wealth management industry.
