We're seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a growing team in Adelaide.
This role is ideal for a payroll skilled with extensive experience managing end-to-end payroll operations, payroll systems administration, and supporting payroll transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on timeMaintain payroll system data and documentationEnsure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, Awards, and Enterprise AgreementsComplete month-end and year-end payroll activities, including superannuation and payroll taxSupport payroll system implementation, testing (UAT), data migration, and process documentationPrepare payroll reports and respond to payroll-related enquiriesAssist with Kronos system administration and continuous process improvements
About You:
***** years' payroll experience in a medium to large organisationStrong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, superannuation, and payroll taxExperience with payroll systems such as CHRIS21, SAP, and/or Kronos (highly regarded)Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience in payroll projects, system implementations, and process documentationAbout Us:
