As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting healthcare providers with high-quality medical talent while managing and growing your own desk.
You will:Take ownership of a hot desk within the Women's & Children's DivisionManage existing client accounts and candidate relationshipsSource, screen, and place doctors into locum and permanent opportunities across AustraliaBuild strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare organisationsIdentify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate new businessNegotiate placements, rates, and client agreementsDeliver exceptional service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment processEnsure compliance with industry standards and healthcare requirementsCollaborate with a high-performing team and share market insightsStay informed on market trends and become a trusted specialist in your sectorWhat Will You Bring?
