keeping them engaged and ensuring a great experienceMaintain accurate data and reporting in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Stay on top of market trends and sourcing best practices to continuously improve how we attract talentWhat we're looking forA people person – you're naturally curious about what motivates candidates and know how to engage themA proactive sourcer – you don't wait for applications; you go out and find the best talentAn adaptable multitasker – you can juggle multiple priorities in a fast‐moving environmentA recruitment enthusiast – experience in talent acquisition (agency or in‐house) is a plus, but not essentialA tech‐savvy recruiter – experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, SEEK, or similar platforms is preferredWhat to expect from our recruitment processAs part of our recruitment process, the first step is a short online assessment.
