We are accredited by NATA and ISO ****, ensuring our services meet both Australian and international standards.Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a fast-paced and diverse business.
Based in Perth, you'll work closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team to deliver effective recruitment solutions, with a strong focus on blue-collar and high-volume roles.
You'll be a key point of contact throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
What you'll be doing Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, including advertising, screening, interviews, documentation, medicals, reference checks and candidate engagement, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policiesPartnering with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs, confirm role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutionsDeveloping sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through job boards, universities, industry networks and external partnersManaging pre-employment checks and recruitment documentation to ensure records are accurate,



compliant and audit-readyAdvising and coaching hiring managers on recruitment processes, procedures and best practiceSupporting bulk recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, onboarding and internal mobility initiativesProviding market insights on talent availability, salary expectations and competitor activity to support workforce planningMaintaining SmartRecruiters, tracking recruitment metrics and analysing hiring trends to inform talent acquisition activityManaging agency and vendor relationships while promoting diversity, inclusion and a positive candidate experienceDriving continuous improvement across recruitment processes, while supporting ad-hoc HR projects and general HR administration as requiredQualificationsWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience in recruitment, either internally or within an agency environmentDemonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processesExperience with blue-collar, operational or high-volume recruitmentExperience supporting bulk recruitment campaigns and assessment centresStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesHigh attention to detail and strong administration skillsConfidence using recruitment systems and Microsoft OfficeExperience with SmartRecruiters will be highly regardedQualifications in Human Resources or a related field will be advantageous but are not essentialIf you enjoy working in a fast-paced recruitment environment and want to join a global organisation where you can take ownership of recruitment outcomes, we'd love to hear from you — apply today.Additional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?
