Overview
This is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for driving Professional Services Revenue and Growth in ANZ with high level of customer satisfaction primarily in the field of Waters solutions.
The incumbent will be responsible for installing and maintaining systems including liquid chromatography and Informatics systems and related professional services activities.
This incumbent must demonstrate a robust focus on customer satisfaction as well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.
As a member of the Waters Global Service organization, the incumbent will gain fruitful insights into this international service portfolio of a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
Drive Growth and Achieve AOP for Professional Services in ANZ (03PS)Installation, troubleshooting and support of Informatics productsScope, Document and Manage long term professional services projects E.g. Computerized systems validationEstablish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their successManage customer expectations by communicating work performed and providing follow-up plan if neededEnsure customer compliance regulations are followed
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or a science related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, GAMP, CSVExperience with Chromatography Data Systems like EmpowerPreferred but not mandatory knowledge on TGA, GAMP, US FDA,
MHRA RegulationsExcellent communication & interpersonal skillsValid Driver's License in good standing is mandatoryMust possess a strong customer focusStrong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience with specific customer needsPersonal sense of integrityEffective time management skillsSystem level approach to problem solvingAnalytical mindset with a strong drive to resolve open issues
