About the RoleAs a Senior Associate, you will play a central role in the execution of executive search engagements, partnering closely with Managing Directors and the broader team.
You will contribute across the full search lifecycle - from research and market mapping through to candidate engagement and assessment - while acting as a strategic advisor on leadership talent.
The scope of work is broad and varies in complexity according to the parameters of each search and Associates continuously drive, develop, and pivot in strategy to ensure better and more efficient means of suitable candidate identification and engagement.This is a hands-on,



high-visibility role with robust exposure to senior executives and board-level hiring decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport client requirement gathering, including research and participation in kick-off meetingsCollaborate on search strategy development and position profile (specification) creation Conduct detailed market mapping and build targeted candidate pipelinesEngage and headhunt senior executives through tailored outreachPerform candidate screening and in-depth interviewsManage search execution, including reporting, tracking, and documentationPrepare high-quality candidate profiles and client-ready materialsGather market intelligence and provide insights on industry trends and talent movementsAbout You The preferred candidate is a degree-qualified, successful contingent or retained permanent recruitment professional with experience in placing talent at the management and/or senior leadership level.
Given the requirement to identify and engage hard-to-reach, high-impact executives, the ideal candidate demonstrates a methodical, diligent, and disciplined approach to their work.
