from assessment to settlement Deliver technical assessments, coverage decisions and cost outcomes Lead negotiations, including large loss and litigation matters Influence insurers, brokers and key stakeholders to drive outcomes Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and regulatory standards Mentor junior adjusters and strengthen team capability Support business growth through client relationship developmentSignificant experience in strata/property claims or loss adjustingStrong understanding of building, remediation and reinstatement principles Advanced stakeholder management and communication skillsDriver's licence Requirements EssentialSignificant experience in strata/property claims or loss adjustingStrong understanding of building, remediation and reinstatement principles Advanced stakeholder management and communication skillsDriver's licence DesirableLoss Adjusting qualifications/CILA membership Experience with complex claims, litigation or large lossExperience mentoring or supporting junior staff Ready to take the next step?
