We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire researchers, engineers and commercial talent as we grow.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving hiring problems, finding people in tough markets, and working closely with leaders to build stronger teams.

RequirementsA few years' experience managing recruitment processes end to endStrong sourcing capability and a proactive approach to finding talentExcellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracyComfortable working in a quick-moving environment where priorities can changeAble to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholdersConfident asking questions, challenging assumptions and getting to the root of a hiring needStrong lateral thinking skills and the ability to look beyond traditional talent poolsAbility to identify transferable skills and adjacent industries when the obvious candidate market is limitedComfortable partnering with technical leaders to understand capability gaps and translate them into effective hiring strategiesExperience recruiting technical, scientific or engineering talent is helpful but not essential
