This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone looking to build their career within a supportive and team-oriented team environment.




The successful applicant will have at least 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping role and be passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients.Position ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of bookkeeping clients, providing day-to-day accounting and payroll supportPrepare and lodge BAS and other statutory returns, ensuring accuracy and complianceProcess payroll for a variety of clients, including payroll tax obligations and reporting requirementsPrepare end-of-year Single Touch Payroll lodgementsComplete bookkeeping duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and data processingGenerate monthly and quarterly reports using accounting softwareWork closely with Client Directors, Managers, and the broader team to support client outcomesParticipate in training sessions, team meetings, and company eventsAbout YouMinimum of 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping, accounts, or similar roleExperience in a public practice or chartered accounting firm is advantageous but not essentialCertificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting is preferredExperience using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or ReckonStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail Willing to work part-time (up to 20 hours) per weekCommitted to providing exceptional client serviceProactive, self-motivated, and eager to learnAble to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
