We are seeking a talented and dedicated Paralegal to join their Wills & Estates team.
Position Summary:
As a Paralegal in their Wills & Estates department, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with a variety of legal matters related to estate planning, probate, and administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting legal research and analysisPreparing and drafting legal documents, such as wills, powers of attorney, and trustsAssisting with probate proceedings, including filing necessary documents and attending court hearingsManaging client files and ensuring timely completion of tasksCommunicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and other legal professionals
Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a Wills and Estates ParalegalStrong understanding of estate planning and probate lawExcellent research, writing, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in legal software and database systems
