Specifications:· Conduct Business Process Analysis· Support System Implementation and Testing· Familiarity with ECM & BPM tool· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and
document business requirements for document publishing solutions· Analyze and map business processes to identify
areas for improvement and optimization· Develop detailed functional specifications and user
stories for the development team· Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure
the successful implementation of document publishing solutions· Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to
bridge identified gaps· Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit
requirements and validate solutions· Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases,
and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)· Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
to ensure effective use of document publishing solutions· Monitor project progress, identify risks, and
communicate status to stakeholders· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best
practices in document management and publishingMandatory
Skills:· Minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT
Business Analyst, preferably in a global enterprise workplace· Proven experience with document publishing
solutions and document management systems Experience In Banking Domain· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional
teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously· Proficiency in business process modeling and
requirements management tools· Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
methodologiesCertification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA,
or equivalent) is a plus
