· Guide clients through the entire hiring process to ensure the right placements.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as atrusted advisor.
· Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
· Expand your network through proactive business development and new client acquisition.




· Stay informed about hiring trends and market changes to provide insights to clients andcandidates.
