The Graduate / Recruitment Consultant will:Receive industry leading training in all aspects of professional consultingBe coached and mentored in the skills of developing new business relationshipsUtilise a broad range of industry-leading recruitment tools, including the latest in AI technology, to generate a high-calibre talent poolThrough both developing recent business, and through leveraging existing Robert Half relationships, you will be strongly encouraged to view your 'desk' as your own business operating within the Robert Half business at large.You will be trained on the optimum metrics by which to run and grow your business.
Specifically,



you will:Generate your own business and develop your own portfolio of clientsFind and attract the best talent on the marketPre-qualify candidates and evaluate their skills through interviewing and referencingRepresent the best candidates in the marketplaceDevelop your own brand in the marketThe Graduate / Recruitment Consultant will be trained and supported by the best consultants in the Sydney market.
