This person will be site based at Boddington and will deliver against our mining customer's Indigenous Internship program hiring.
The role will include:Creation of advertisements for roles assignedPartner with site based Boddington colleagues to support direct engagement with local Indigenous employment providers, community networks, site mentors, and EldersWork with stakeholders to create accessible advertising and application pathways suited to varying levels of digital literacyPhone or video screening, longlisting preferred candidates and declining unsuccessful candidates by agreement with each hiring leaderSupporting the creation of assessment days and/or 1:1 interviewsInterview guide creation for roles assignedAssist in the development of content to be used for attraction,



which could include video content or interview preparation materials required to support candidatesPlease note this is initially a 4 month contract opportunity.
Candidates who are available to work 3 days/week may also be considered.
