You will need to be adept at understanding the needs and wants of each client's business coupled with an in-depth knowledge of their culture and workplace workplace - and then match these fundamental requirements to the skills, experience, and personalities of prospective candidates.
You will work in a team environment and have responsibility for:Managing all aspects of temporary including devising search strategies, drafting and placing advertisements, evaluating resumes, coordinating/managing video and in-office interviews, and writing candidate profiles, coaching and feedback to candidatesNegotiate salaries, including day rate contracts, as well as length of contract assignments to deliver our commitments to clients and candidates;Solidify Robert Half's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organisations,

3+ years' experience as a Recruiting Specialist/Candidate Manager/Resourcing Specialist in an agency environment with a proven track record of supporting Consultants in the placement of talent to external clients or;Commercial and proven Industry experience as an finance professional and looking to apply your industry knowledge in this new and exciting sales focused careerAmbitious, with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of achievementStrongly motivated by achieving personal and business' financial goalsGoal oriented, metrics drivenWell organised and enjoys a position that supports revenue generating consultantsAttracted by a position which revolves around "people" and the highest level of customer servicePassionate about building relationships with others, a propensity for excellence and strong work ethic are the cornerstones of success in our high-performance sales cultureTO APPLYInterested in joining our high-energy and fun team?
