Your purposeAs a Consultant, you'll actively shape careers and create genuine impact for professionals and organisations.
In partnership with your team, you will guide clients and candidates through the hiring process end-to-end, operating as a trusted advisor.
You will contribute by:Building and maintaining strong business relationshipsDeveloping an active and passive talent pipelineAnalysing market trends and sharing insights with customersAcquiring candidates via networking, social media, referrals and key platformsConducting pre-screening, technical and cultural assessments, and reference checksManaging all stages of the recruitment lifecycleCollaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes for clientsWho you areYou're driven, curious and committed to delivering high-quality work.
