Job Description

Elm Building Group in Canberra seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial construction sites, ensuring safety, quality and on‑time delivery. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, coordinate subcontractors and resources, and drive progress against the program.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in office supervision of commercial builds, robust reading of drawings and specs, WHS expertise, and proven leadership with clients and trades.
