We are seeking a friendly, organised Medical Receptionist to join our busy practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, works well under pressure, and brings a warm, skilled attitude to every patient interaction.
About the Role n

Greeting patients and managing check‑ins
n
Answering phones and booking appointments
n
Processing payments and Medicare claims
n
Supporting doctors and nurses with administrative tasks
n
Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area
n
About You nn
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
n
Confident using computers and learning new systems
n
Previous medical or reception experience is an advantage but not essential
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
