Must have current strata registration or license.

n

Car & drivers license is preferred.

Tasks & responsibilities n

Strata Manager based in Sydney's inner west

n

Manage a small portfolio

n

Establish robust relations with Lot Owners & Committee Members

n

Maintain all levels of compliance

n

Attend to work orders, quotes & repairs

n

Attend General & Committee Meetings

n

Additional Schedule B fees & bonuses

n

Work with a robust and supportive team

n

Be part of a skilled & reputable brand in the industry

n

Supportive team members include admin, quality control, compliance, contracts & accounting staff
