We are seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Edgecliff, supporting recruitment activities and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities n

Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising, screening applications, interviewing candidates and assisting with staff selection.
n
n
Record and manage job vacancy information, including role descriptions, remuneration and employment conditions.
n
n
Maintain employee records and update HR information systems.
n
n
Provide guidance to management on workplace policies, staff performance matters and HR procedures.
n
n
Support employee onboarding by organising inductions and providing information on employment conditions and benefits.
n
n
Communicate current job opportunities to internal stakeholders and potential candidates.
n
n
Assist in resolving workplace issues and ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards and agreements.
n
n
Contribute to the development and implementation of workplace policies and employee engagement initiatives.
n
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required nn
n
Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
n
n
Minimum 1 year of full-time relevant industry experience, or equivalent part-time experience.
n
n
Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR systems and workplace legislation.
n
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both employers and candidates.
n
n
Valuable organisational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in managing recruitment and HR documentation.
n
n
Salary: $80,000 – $90, 000 per year plus superannuation
