People Partner Manager (Part Time 3 days a week

We are an innovative and team-oriented organisation looking to appoint an experienced People Partner Manager to join the business on a permanent part time basis. This role will be responsible for:

n

You will be responsible for the People Partner function reporting to the Global VP People Partner and the Managing Director and work as part of a Global HR team. Main responsibilities will include:

n

n
Partnering with senior management to provide advice and guidance on all HR and ER related queries’
n
Provide employee relations and people development support and advice to the business.
n
Support the deployment of HR Corporate and Business programs, works in network across all business in the region, promotes ESS and MSS
n
Coaching management on employee relations including grievances, performance management and performance reviews
n
Developing policies, procedures, ensuring IR compliance and reporting
n




The People Partner is involved as early as possible in transformation project and provide integrated human resource services to appropriate groups ensuring people related issues are managed effectively
n

What we are looking for:

n

n
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resource
n
5 – 10 years’ experience in HR business partner role
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management skills
n
Problem solving and strong communication skills,
n
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
n
Adapt to changing conditions with the ability to generate effective and practical solutions to recent situations and problems as they are presented.
n
Hands on employee relations experience
n
Proven experience with managing EA’s
n
Good excel skills will be advantage for the role
n
Ability to work under time pressure and at strategic and operational levels
n
A self-motivated and autonomous worker with a personable, positive, and professional attitude.
