Trading Thursday through Sunday, we proudly showcase local wines, signature cocktails, craft beers, and fresh regional produce - all delivered in a sophisticated yet relaxed setting.
About The Roles n
As a Cocktail Bar Attendant, you will:

Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails with confidence and flair
n
Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service to every guest
n
Maintain high standards of presentation behind the bar
n
Work collaboratively with our floor and kitchen teams to create a seamless experience
n
What We Are Looking For nn
Previous bar experience in a premium or fast-paced venue
n
Sound knowledge of cocktails, wine, and craft beer
n
A genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
n
Availability Thursday-Sunday (weekend availability essential)
n
Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
n
Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude
