Job Description

NAB Ballarat Branch is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver a seamless, tailored customer experience and support everyday banking needs. You will be the first contact for customers and help identify the most suitable products and services, while promoting self-service and digital banking options.

The role is full time at our Ballarat Branch, with hours Monday to Friday 8:45am–5:30pm. NAB offers career development, banking discounts, and a broad range of employee perks.
