We are currently working with an established commercial fit-out contractor who is looking to secure 2x experienced Site Managers for upcoming projects across Sydney.

n

With multiple projects commencing over the coming weeks, this is a great opportunity for Site Managers looking for their next contract and the chance to deliver high-quality commercial spaces for reputable clients.

n

You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

n

Projects will include office and consultancy fit outs within both Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and CBD, with values of approximately $1M and programmes running through to the end of the year.

The successful Site Managers will be involved in: n

Managing the day-to-day site operations and subcontractors.
n
Coordinating trades, deliveries and site logistics.
n




Ensuring projects are delivered on programme and to a high standard.
n
Maintaining solid relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
n
Ensuring all site safety and compliance requirements are met.
n

We are looking for experienced Site Managers who have: nn
Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.
n
Robust knowledge of site management and project coordination.
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
n
The ability to manage subcontractors and site logistics effectively.
n
A professional approach and solid attention to detail.
n
Current First Aid certification - essential.
n
Valid White Card and relevant site tickets.
n
