Job Description

Monday to Friday, this role will see you manage compliance across both sales and broader business operations. You will ensure adherence to AML/CTF obligations, Fair Trading requirements, privacy legislation and internal policies, while acting as the trusted go-to compliance officer for the team.

Maintain registers and documentation for reporting
n
Oversee compliance with privacy legislation and data protection
n
Conduct file reviews and audits, and identify risks and solutions
n
Ensure systems and technology meet regulatory requirements
n
Deliver and coordinate compliance and training
n
Support licensing, CPD, and regulatory requirements for all staff
n
Provide regular legislative updates to the business
n
Support staff with AML best practices and reporting
n
