As a Retail Manager, you will lead the Retail Operations team - owning the sales floor, customer experience and team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You will play a critical role in driving store performance through strong leadership, real-time decision making and hands‐on execution.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:Lead, coach and develop a large front‐end teamDrive sales performance through stock flow, merchandising and in‐store executionTake ownership of daily and weekly trading resultsPartner with Store and District leadership to plan and deliver on key business prioritiesBuild capability across your team in a high‐change, fast‐paced environmentWhat Your Day Might Look LikeNo two days are the same, but your focus will always be on leading your team and delivering results.Review sales and performance data, adjusting the floor to maximise resultsLead and coach team members to lift service,
