You will hire, train and coach a high-caliber team, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and manage budgets, stock, and safety across the floor.You will lead from the showroom floor, resolving complex customer issues, setting standards, and collaborating with a national team to drive growth in a premium/furniture context.
