Beyond this, you'll lead commercial, remedial and high‑rise residential works up to $20M , including refurbishments, repairs, remediation, demolition and upgrade projects.
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Manage projects from setup through to completion
n
Monitor HSECQ compliance and cost control
n
Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour
n
Lead reporting, weekly meetings and programming
n
Provide technical and engineering guidance
n
Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders
n
Support tendering and estimation
n
What You'll Bring n
n

Proven experience managing construction projects for a contractor
n
Strong commercial and planning capability
n
Leadership skills and safety‑first mindset
n
Interest in operations and business development
n
Tertiary engineering qualification (or similar)
n
Construction White Card & driver licence
n
Ability to obtain Police Clearance (Defence project requirement)
n
