Job Description

RAFI by Applejack Hospitality in North Sydney is seeking an experienced Head Waitstaff to join our premium dining team. This full time role involves leading a section, delivering high-quality service and expert wine and cocktail knowledge in a rapid-paced workplace.

You will greet and seat guests, coordinate orders, train junior staff, and ensure smooth operations with compliance to safety and RSA requirements. Weekend/evening shifts apply.
