This role reports to the owner. You own the books and the office so jobs, crews and clients don't stall.
Key responsibilities n

Run AP and AR end to end — supplier invoices, subcontractor claims, client invoicing and collections
n
Process payroll for staff and subcontractors, including timesheets, super and onboarding
n
Keep job costing accurate against live roofing projects
n
Reconcile banks and cards; prepare BAS support and monthly figures for the external accountant
n
Maintain contracts, variations, compliance docs and job files so nothing gets lost
n
Handle the day-to-day office work that keeps the business running — follow-ups, suppliers, paperwork — without being chased
n
About you nn
Bookkeeping experience inside construction, roofing or trades — essential
n
Confident with GST, BAS, payroll, subcontractors and job costing
n
Accurate, organised, and used to a site-driven business
n
Someone who finishes the job
