Job Description

Mackay Hospital and Health Service is seeking an IWFM Subject Matter Expert to support the Stage 4 IWFM rollout in Mackay. The SME will bring rostering expertise and act as a change champion to help deliver project outcomes and advantages.

Working with the IWFM Business Implementation Team, you will advise on configuration, support engagement, and promote staff self-nomination as Super Users to embed current processes across the service.
