Job Description

The Arnott's Group is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to own planning, execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram and TikTok in Australia. This hands-on role focuses on performance, testing ideas and turning insights into action to drive engagement and growth for iconic brands.

You will manage budgets, audience targeting and collaboration with brand teams for launches and promotions, while staying ahead of platform changes to maximise ROI.
