Job Description

Yo-Bar in Canberra is seeking an experienced Team Leader for a full time, 38-hour week across 5 days. You will lead from the front during shifts, drive customer experience, and motivate the team in a quick-paced store workplace.

This hands-on leadership role requires weekend and evening availability to support our busiest trading periods, with a focus on delivering high-energy service and achieving store KPIs.
