Job Description

The Tailor Room is hiring a casual Cellar & Batching assistant for our Sydney venues. You will help manage logistics, inventory, and batching tasks in a quick-paced setting, with attention to detail and teamwork.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, numeracy, and transparent communication to support multiple venues. Prior batching experience or spirits knowledge is welcome but not required, and Excel basics are a plus.
