$10mStart: ImmediateRate: Circa $75 + Super PAYG (PTY ABN would be PAYG rate + super + gst)We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major mechanical and electrical project being delivered across multiple campuses within a large university environment in Geelong.With an estimated project value of approximately $10m, this is an opportunity for a capable Site Manager to take ownership of site delivery across multiple work fronts within a complex, live institutional workplace.The RoleManage day-to-day site operations across multiple campus locationsCoordinate mechanical, electrical and associated subcontractor worksManage subcontractors, trades and site personnelDrive safety, quality and program outcomesManage site schedules, lookaheads and construction programsConduct inductions, pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspectionsManage permits, SWMS,
ITPs, defects and site documentationWork closely with the Project Manager, consultants, client and key stakeholdersCoordinate works within an operational university environmentMonitor progress, quality and compliance across multiple work frontsEnsure project HSEQ requirements and site procedures are maintainedAbout YouProven experience as a Site Manager or experienced Site SupervisorMechanical & Electrical project experience highly desirableExperience across commercial, institutional, education or other live environmentsStrong subcontractor and site coordination skillsComfortable managing multiple work fronts and/or locationsStrong understanding of safety, quality and construction programmingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsRelevant construction qualifications and tickets
